Re-Verification Policy
Products change. Formulas improve. When your products evolve, our assessments need to as well.
Full Re-Verification Required
When: Significant formula changes (>10% alteration)
Cost: Full tier price
Examples: New active ingredients, major preservative system change, concentration shifts, reformulation for different target demographic
Expedited Re-Review
When: Minor adjustments (<10% alteration)
Cost: 50% of original tier price
Examples: Packaging updates, preservative optimization at same concentration, fragrance adjustments, minor texture improvements
No Re-Assessment Needed
When: No formula changes
Cost: $0
Examples: Label design, marketing copy, packaging materials (if formula stays identical), brand name changes, distribution expansion

- 50% deposit upon application acceptance

Refund Policy
Assessment cannot be completed due to incomplete submission or non-responsive communication:
50% refund of total fee.
Assessment completes but you don't like the scores: No refund. You paid for
evaluation, not for specific results. This is non-negotiable and protects our independence.
